I went in to see if it was possible to purchase a new car and keep the price near what I was paying. Tom was busy when I went but Brandy started the process and was very helpful and professional. Working with Tom was a treat--no car dealership games!!! Melissa went through all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. I found a car I loved and a price within the range I had allowed myself. From arrival till I drove off the lot in my new Hyundai--only 2 and a half hours. I'm sure I'll have questions as I drive this car and I'm equally sure that Tom and the others will cheerfully answer them for me.

Great experience...great price on new Tundra...I spent two months shopping in Dayton and found what I wanted at Springfield...worth the drive...I traded in a one owner Tacoma and got a great deal and someone will get a great used truck. Saw your add on TV and checked out the web site and now I've got a 2013 Tundra...We couldn't be happier...

We found a 2008 Toyota Sienna XLE via the Internet on one of Jeff Wylers lots in KY. We ended up talking to Ben Webster late on a Thursday about having the vehicle brought to Springfield for us to check it out. Ben checked on the van in KY and it was still available and he had it transferred to Springfield. We went out on Saturday afternoon to see it. We liked what we saw, test drove it and ended up driving it home. Ben Webster, and Melissa Loney, were both very helpful in making the purchase process very smooth and enjoyable. We do highly recommend Jeff Wyler Springfield Auto Mall to anyone looking for a vehicle. There entire staff has always been friendly and helpful.

we have been dealing with Tom Loney for many years and would not go anyone else but Tom. Jeff Wyler auto mall Springfield is the best place to buy a new car they treat you like family. take care of anything you need from repairs to oil changes and go over and above to make sure you are satisfied with their service. all employees speak to you and ask if there is anything you need. I tell everyone looking for a car go to Tom Loney at Jeff Wyler Auto Mall Springfield you won't go wrong. I will continue to go there for my new car deals. on a scale of 1 to 10 they are above a 10.

Right from arriving on the lot Frankie Brown was extremely helpful and courteous...took all the time we needed to be sure to let us make a decision on a new vehicle purchase. We had some issues on the day we picked up our new Hyundai Veloster (nothing to do with Jeff Wyler) but everyone involved at Jeff Wyler were very patient and bent over backwards to make our car purchase a pleasant experience. Ben Webster and Melissa Lonely were both very personable and helpful in welcoming us into Jeff Wyler Family.

Ben Webster, What can I say about Ben. He is without out a doubt "THE" best salesman in the business. Every car I have ever purchased has been through Ben Webster from Jeff Wyler Springfield Auto Mall. He is not pushy, he is truthful, very personable and professional all at the same time. I highly recommend Ben to everyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I drive nearly an hour one way because I know I am going to get the best deal, one on one personalization and just all around greatness. He knows his vehicles backward and forward, if there is something he is unsure about, he finds out for you. He makes sure all of your questions are answered before you leave the dealership, then tells you, "If you think of anything else, or have another question, please call me". Melissa is very personable as well. She explains the car paperwork to you very efficiently while making it quick and pleasant. You actually know what you are signing when you put your name on the dotted line, which makes it very nice and allows you to worry less. My experience at Jeff Wyler Springfield has always been excellent and this time was no exception! My husband and I have bought a total of four vehicles from Don Shepherd and he is always wonderful. He is very patient, friendly and professional. He knows his products extremely well and provides some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I came in looking for a used vehicle and Don was able to find me a brand new car for the same price, which I absolutely adore! Purchasing a vehicle can be a very stressful experience, but we will always keep coming back to Don Shepherd at Jeff Wyler because we know that he always makes it as easy as possible. On a scale of 1-10, I give Don a 20!
