My recent purchase was the second car I bought at Schaller Acura. This information alone certainly should indicate the excellence of my experience. One wouldn't return to a dealership that didn't pro Schaller Acura. This information alone certainly should indicate the excellence of my experience. One wouldn't return to a dealership that didn't provide outstanding experiences. Mike B. was direct, honest, and patient. He carefully drew me a map to test drive the vehicle because I am unfamiliar with the area and programmed the navigation to bring me back to the dealership in case I had any trouble. I also always had my previous Acura serviced at Schaller and the service department is wonderful. I highly recommend Schaller Acura - they are terrific. More

MIKE bansak was awesome! He had to test drive all set up for me alone due to covid 19 and he waz completely respectful of social distancing. He was by far the most comfortable salesman I've ever had, h up for me alone due to covid 19 and he waz completely respectful of social distancing. He was by far the most comfortable salesman I've ever had, he did not make me feel stupid in anyway even when I asked questions 2 or 3 times. He made sure he took the time to show me some of the features on the car and offered to show me more. What was most impressive is that he has emailed me a couple times and followed up with a call after I left the lot. I feel Good knowing that if I have questions I could just pick up the phone and call even in the future and that says a lot about a sales person and the company. Love my new S UV. More

We were thankful he was not overly pushy or aggressive, which in more cases than not, is a major turn off for us. We do wish there was more haggling room on the price of the car, however, but it is what it is I suppose. All in all, we believe a fair deal was made. More
