When you have been dealing with the same people over and over throughout 20 years, you know they're doing something right. We have bought/leased at least 7 or 8 vehicles over that time. It was a very long drive from PA almost 4 hours. However it was totally worth it. Scaller Acura was the most professional sales team we dealt with during our shopping experience. We were very happy with ironing out all the details before we arrived and there were no last minute changes or surprises to our deal. Michael's energy was very positive and respectful. All consumers really want that when they come to spend a large amount of money with a company. We loved our ride home in the MDX. We have already discussed that going forward we would most certainly look to Schaller first for our next car. My husband said he would be happy to drive almost 4 hours again to get the top notch professionalism that we received with the dealership. The positive reviews I read were all true. I had been afraid to drive on the highway. On the way home in the MDX, I did it with ease in the pouring rain. Having more horsepower to change lanes & merge, and no more holding my phone with maps app in one hand, made it much better. Not only did we get a great car. But we made a wonderful happy memory that will last a long time. More
