This dealership has been the worst in my 40+ years of buying vehicles. From sales, to managers to the service center. They damaged my truck messing up the front and rear bumpers. They shorted the oil on buying vehicles. From sales, to managers to the service center. They damaged my truck messing up the front and rear bumpers. They shorted the oil on an oil change leaded to a low oil light shortly after an oil change, the management never returns calls or follows up on any promises they continue to make. All around a horrible business. More

Didn’t have my car for 3 months my mom (the co signer) calls and threatens them with getting the law involved and suddenly the car they couldn’t get fixed is suddenly fixed WOW MAGIC and then we still had calls and threatens them with getting the law involved and suddenly the car they couldn’t get fixed is suddenly fixed WOW MAGIC and then we still had to wait 2 hours after they told us to come get it because they didn’t put parts back on. They lied to me about everything. They won’t return my calls. The said they would maintenance and detail. They didn’t. Tires were low and warning onscreen. Had to stop and air up. Cat or dog hair all over seats had to vacuum for 2 hours. Still not clean. Back passenger door makes noise. 3 recall notices don’t know if they were fixed. Way over charged me and didnt know I had to check Kelley Bluebiik before buying. Was going to recommend to my kids needing a car but will not recommend to anyone and am going to TikTok, X and Facebook telling everyone I can to not buy from them! More
