Unfortunately this was the WORST buying experience I have ever had! I drove 6 hours from NYS to purchase my vehicle in NJ in August. I requested my vehicle be registered in TX at my 2nd residence. This NEVER ever had! I drove 6 hours from NYS to purchase my vehicle in NJ in August. I requested my vehicle be registered in TX at my 2nd residence. This NEVER happened. My temporary NJ plate expired and the General Manager offered no solution but told me it was fine for me to keep driving, and sent me a letter to show police should I be stopped. Well I was stopped and ticketed for driving an unregistered vehicle in NYS. I reached back out to the dealership and was told that this is MY fault. Subsequently, I had to rent a vehicle in order to continue with my Thanksgiving plans. The dealership did not offer to write a letter to the NYS court, part for the ticket, or the cost of my rental car. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! It appears they were ONLY interested in the sale and could care less about having integrity, REAL customer service and communication skills. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE AGAIN! More

Purchased a CPO 2018 GLE43 . I purchased the vehicle as I was assured it was in perfect condition. On that assurance I didn't haggle on the price. I picked the vehicle up in the rain. When I looked at it for was assured it was in perfect condition. On that assurance I didn't haggle on the price. I picked the vehicle up in the rain. When I looked at it for the first time in daylight I noticed the drivers side door was damaged, and repaired poorly. I brought this to the attention of my salesman, I then brought the car back in and the CPO sales manager agreed the repair wasn't up to CPO standards. I brought the car back in to drop off at the body shop. After a week I picked it up it was again raining and it appeared ok,. On the way home I noticed that the repair wasn't up to standards. It was once again repaired poorly with body filler. During this process I went to two other Mercedes certified body shops and was told that the only way to repair it properly was to replace the door skin. I told them this when I dropped it off to be repaired, and even showed them a repair estimate stating that. I was told 'don't worry we will make it right' Well they haven't. I live 110 miles from the dealership and this took a total of 4 trips to get to this point. All I want them to do is fix it properly, is that asking too much? My only recourse is to now file a complaint against the dealership and get it fixed myself. I would be very careful buying any vehicle from this dealership. More
