From the moment we meet, Rob Gale made us feel welcomed, made it obvious that he thought we were important, kept us infomed, educated us, and helped us make the best possible decision for us. At no point did we feel like we were being "sold" anything. Instead we felt strongly that we wer shown possibilities and potential. And what would work best for us. But, throughout, the decision was clearly ours. Rob communicated well, frequently, and effectively with us. He made the entire experience easy and successful. We are grateful. AND he's a good guy! An enthusiastic yes for a recommendation to Cityside Subaru! Crystal made my car buying experience so great. I have never felt so comfortable and trusting while purchasing a car. Although I was under my own pers Crystal made my car buying experience so great. I have never felt so comfortable and trusting while purchasing a car. Although I was under my own personal pressure to get a vehicle as soon as possible, there was 0 pressure from Crystal and the folks at Cityside. They understood when I met them on a Sunday, that even though I needed a vehicle right away (by or before Thursday), there was no push from them to get the sale. That was what I appreciated most! More
