We bought a used vehicle from Brandon Honda and although they are as is, we had it less than 24 hours when we realized a fog light was smashed in along with surrounding areas of the fog light messed up. Upo they are as is, we had it less than 24 hours when we realized a fog light was smashed in along with surrounding areas of the fog light messed up. Upon questioning the fact that we were told the vehicle had never been in an accident, Brandon Honda agreed to fix the fog light and surrounding areas. It took about a week for the part to come in although no one knew what I was talking about each time I called to check on anything, and when we got there for our scheduled appointment, again, it just so happened the person handling this case was out and again no one knew what we were talking about. We were asked to come at the earliest time due to knowing it would be busy, and we waited 4 hours before they told us they were done. When we went to look at the fixed fog light and housing, the bumper didn’t line up with the body of the car and after talking to 3 different people about how we were unhappy with this job, a “new car director” Allen Hicks said he would have it taken care of for us with a body shop they do business with. He asked us to give him a couple of days, and he would be in touch. It has been over two weeks and we have not heard from anyone. Needless to say, I cannot say we will be doing business at Brandon Honda again, which is sad, because we are a returning customer as this is the second vehicle we had bought from them, not will I be recommending them to anyone! More
