GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! My wife and I were not happy with our salesman from the Toyota dealership in Ocala so I called the sales manager at Toyota of Orlando. From the moment I entered the dealership and spo our salesman from the Toyota dealership in Ocala so I called the sales manager at Toyota of Orlando. From the moment I entered the dealership and spoke with the salesman to finance to the sales manager, the entire staff was very friendly and never pushy. I drove off with our new Toyota Highlander that night. It was worth driving an hour to receive that service!!!! More

My only 2 problems were that I was brought the car, given the keys with no explanation of anything in it. Also I spen 26K for this car and, after leaving saw there was only 1/4 of a tank of gas. Fot that much money spent I would have thought yhey could have filled it up. But in spite of these items I still feel very good about my experienc there and would not hesitate to return More

After our first vist.felt unease due to them coming right to us before we even got out of the car.Then this sales men came up to us and we felt better is name is Rich Tomel. We gave him our number and keep c to us before we even got out of the car.Then this sales men came up to us and we felt better is name is Rich Tomel. He called to tell us that we were approved on Sunday.and I called him back to let him know that we will be there on Monday,08/08/11 at 10:00am. We were there and Rich Tomel showed up on his day off and that show us that he takes PRIDE in his work and that meant a lot to us and went out of his way of us.....Then Michel Sumner finsh the job and Michel took vey good care of us also and that to made for a great vist too....We were very happy with this experence....We will be back again in the future..Thank you all of a very nice time.RICH TOMAL and MICHEL SUMNER..Mr Arleigh and Brenda...and we really enjoy the Corolla. Definitely speak to Michael Ross an excellent salesman, he played no games with us and was extremely patient as I am very particular. The finance people added no "extras" and played no games with me. I researched and found the exact model I wanted to purchase and brought in their internet coupon, which they honored. Everyone was polite and pleasant. I understand they are in the business to make a profit, the majority of the time I spent at the dealership was haggling over my trade in (2005 large SUV). Left the dealer and immediately heard a thumping noise which was not present during the test drive. This was due to a large nail in the front tire. We turned around and went back to the dealer and Michael arranged with the service department (Emile) to take care of us,they immediately replaced the tire with no games. etc. The last time we purchased a car was 4 +/- years ago and I was dreading having to shop for a car however my experience with Michael Ross at Toyota of Orlando went very smoothly. We will definitely see Michael when it is time for our next vehicle purchase. More
