I have purchased quite a few cars over the years, most of them so-called luxury cars and time and time again I have been disappointed spending a large amount of money on a new luxury car, only to leave the dealership as if I just purchased a used car from 1973, this time at Benzel not so much and it was a nice feeling i must say. Happy with sales department I was happy with the way I was treated. All of my questions were answered. There was just one thing I am not happy with. I wanted to buy the 4 ye I was happy with the way I was treated. All of my questions were answered. There was just one thing I am not happy with. I wanted to buy the 4 year service plan that has the price listed on your build web page as $1520. The Finance Manager who I met with, Stacy, told me the price was hundreds more and would not lower her price so I decided not to buy it. I thought I should have been given the price that is listed on the MBUSA web page. More
