I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with
the service department, particularly with the handling of my van's transmission recall. When I dropped off my van, I was initially told it would take
the service department, particularly with the handling of my van's transmission recall. When I dropped off my van, I was initially told it would take 5 days for the repairs. However, it ended up being in their shop for over 3 weeks.
Upon finally retrieving my van, I noticed it was skipping gears an issue that had not been present before the service. After I set up another appointment for the next day at 2:30 PM, my van broke down on the way to work, and I saw a lot of smoke coming from the hood. Opening the hood, I discovered that hoses had been left unplugged, NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL!
When I called the service department to report the issue, I was instructed to pay for a tow truck for a problem they caused. It has now been close to 3 weeks since I last heard from them, and I feel completely ignored.
I believe the engineer, Payman, should reconsider his qualifications, as the service provided was far from acceptable. Overall, my experience with this dealer has been unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend their services.

When I got it back and got home I realized part of the bumper was missing and had to take it back and a piece of a hose was left in the transmission
