Great customer service. I was looking for a particular truck. The only dealership that had one close was Flood Ford...70 miles away from me. I initiated an online contact I was looking for a particular truck. The only dealership that had one close was Flood Ford...70 miles away from me. I initiated an online contact to verify the truck was still in stock. Michelle Fontaine contacted me within minutes and was very helpful in providing very transparent information to give me a warm fuzzy feeling that the truck as indeed there and that I would be treated well if I made the drive to come view. Two days later I made the trip after Michelle hooked me up with Chase Sullivan. Chase was terrific. We hit it off, I got a great deal and the truck I wanted with zero hassle. John Zito was very helpful with completing the transaction. We laughed and yucked it up like we were old friends, which he is now! I have bought a lot of cars and this experience due to the people and the manner in which I was treated made this one of the best. This dealership fails to provide service, let alone good service. Made an appointment 2 months in advance. Dropped the vehicle off early, gave them a week to change a battery, and they still had not broug service. Made an appointment 2 months in advance. This is the second time dealing with this service center, the first time we waited 4 months to get an in stock warranty item repaired. xxxx Poor Management stemming from the top. More
