I would rate all the people I dealt with a 6 on the scale of 5. I drove down from Finksburg and the drive was worth it. Mike Kidd was a great salesman and if he did not know the answer to my questions he fou of 5. I drove down from Finksburg and the drive was worth it. Everyone there was very nice and freindly. The salesman was not pushy and did everything he could to get me a good deal. He seemed very interested in making sure that the car left the lot in the best condi was not pushy and did everything he could to get me a good deal. I am so impressed with Mike Kydd and Arandre Powell at Heritage Chrysler. The level of professionalism and understanding was unbeatable. Mike went out of his way to make sure I was happy and that my expec Heritage Chrysler. The level of professionalism and understanding was unbeatable. Mike went out of his way to make sure I was happy and that my expectations were met even though I wasn't buying a brand new vehicle. Mike was very caring and friendly to my children as well. I expected to not hear from Mike again but he even called me days later to ensure that I still had a smile on my face and I have to say that I was still smiling. Arandre, the finance person helped me to stay within my budget while giving me the options that were important to me. Everyone in the dealership was warm and friendly and it didn't have the feeling of being the typical dealership, it was more like visiting old friends. More

The process for a new car started one year ago in October. I emailed and made contact with Mike Kydd. As it turned out, we ended up waiting another year. During that time, we were not pressured to October. I emailed and made contact with Mike Kydd. As it turned out, we ended up waiting another year. During that time, we were not pressured to come in and buy immediately. Mike understood where we were. A year passes and we finally get ready to buy. I contact Heritage by email and get into contact with Brad. Due to the nature of my job, email is the best form of communication. I would email a question, or two, or three, and Brad would get right back to me. He answered my endless questions. We went in to test drive a 2010 Town and Country. He reintroduced us to Mike. We went on a test drive, after Mike patiently answered endless questions from my wife. He highlighted the benefits of the vehicle. He was a fountain of information. We left after the test drive, due to the needs of our small children. They were fine with that. Again, no pressure. We touched base by email the next day, setting up a time to sign the papers. Thanks to Arandre, we were out of the signing in 25 minutes. This was great, for we had to whisk our son to soccer practice. Essentially, their customer service met every need and demand we had. They bent over backwards to work with us. Need to communciate by email, they did. Need to arrange a certain time, they did. Need to stagger the paperwork due to kids' schedules, they did. Simply, it was an outstanding trio to deal with. They made us feel as if we were appreciated and that we were important. They are highly recommended. As a matter of fact, I have already told this tale to my colleagues at work. Plus on top of the service, we walked away with a wonderful vehicle. More

I walked in to Heritage just to get a quote on my car so I could trade it in on a used Ford F250 or GMC 2500. I walked out with a nice trade value on my car and a new Dodge 2500 that was in the price range I could trade it in on a used Ford F250 or GMC 2500. I walked out with a nice trade value on my car and a new Dodge 2500 that was in the price range I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Mike to anyone looking for a Dodge. More

A good car buying experience. Nobody tried to make me buy something I didn't want or couldn't afford. I was there to buy a used Jeep. Only once did my Mike (my salesman) suggest I consider a new Jeep t buy something I didn't want or couldn't afford. I was there to buy a used Jeep. Only once did my Mike (my salesman) suggest I consider a new Jeep that was slighter more expensive. When I explained that the price difference was too high for my budget, that was the end of it. He didn't keep trying to push me towards the more expensive vehicle. It was nice to have everyone ask what I wanted and then work with me to make it happen as best as possible. It makes it much easier and more enjoyable having someone listen and work with you and not just try to sell you something. More

Customer service was phenomenal...Both Mike and Karen went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. And to make matters even better, when I came back the next day to give my second key went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. And to make matters even better, when I came back the next day to give my second key for my trade-in, I was told that my interest rate had dropped 3 points from what I was originally quoted! Fantastic! More

My experience was by far the best I've ever had. Mike was terrific and the rest of the staff was pleasant to work with. I was extremely difficult to get approved for a loan, but they did it and went bey was terrific and the rest of the staff was pleasant to work with.
