My husband and I found a car online through BMW Westlake website. I did look at other dealerships' websites, but they were terrible. I could not see features of cars or search for options I wanted. While we were on the way to see the car, we had agreed that we loved Mercedes we looked at couple days prior and wanted to look at BMW just because I always wanted one. Howard was very friendly, had car ready for testdrive and showed us all the features of the car on the road. We told him about Mercedes and he gave us too many reasons why BMW was a better pick. I was sold on BMW right away! My husband likes to take time to consider his options, but even he was ready to sign a lease agreement. Howard gave us a great price and free services that BMW offers are a great deal! Happy with our purchase and cannot wait to work with Howard in the future. More

I called Frank Steffen from Michigan on a Friday afternoon and after talking to him for 5 minutes I was able to tell what a kind and honest person he is! Especially after having to deal with the arrogant people of the Farmington Hills of Michigan dealership who are notorious for their bad service! After a couple phone calls and couple e-mails, Me, Frank Steffen and Scott Miller were able to reach a deal in less than 2 hours. The price they had to offer was very competitive. They even went out on the lot, found the 2 cars that matched my request, took pictures of both and sent them to me to compare! Everything was done by e-mails and when I got to West Lake Ohio after a 3 hours drive from Michigan, their kindness and professional service made me realize that it was worth the trip! Mike niedzwiecki and Don had all the paper work done and ready for me upon my arrival, all I needed to do was sign! Dirk spent a lot of time answering our questions and was not pushy - he wanted us to be comfortable with our decision and to even size up the competition before making a final decision. We were very impressed with Dirk's detailed knowledge of the BMW vehicles and his focus on the various safety features and options that the cars have. When it came time to work the financial details out, Dirk was very straightforward and did everything he could to get us in the car we really wanted. The professionals that we met and worked with at Ganley BMW where the best by far in every regard. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced individuals who treated us as though they cared. The fact that they represented the best car for us certainly made our choice of brand easy, but in addition it became clear early on that if BMW was our choice then Howard, Bob and the rest of the folks at Ganley would be our dealership. They Make You Feel You Are Part of their Family There are more than a dozen BMW dealers in Ohio, but Ganley is the only one that deserves your full attention. There is a special focus to the Customer in this dealership. From the moment of your first contact with them, till the day you drive your new vehicle away from their lot, it is nothing else but an amazing experience that you will not easily forget. People say they drive over 100 miles to get to them. I drove 200+ each way , and I do not regret a single one of them. Our family maintains three running BMWs with a combined experience of at least nine of them through the years. There is certainly some kind of magic in this dealership that only Frank Steffen, the sales manager, knows how to do with numbers, that will captivate you and you would not want to leave. And then there is Dirk Steffen (who happens to be related to the big brother) with a wide smile and a sparkling white shirt who is ready to give you everything he owns ranging from his new pen you liked to his jacket pin that he only has one copy of. Not to mention that he also knows his products extremely well. He had answers to all of my questions, and believe me i am an engineering prof, i know how to make them tough. If you want an experience of a lifetime, then go to Dirk and Frank. they will take care of everything for you. They will make you feel they are working for you and not for the dealer. Their goal is to win you as a customer for life, and you will feel it immediately. Do it and you won't regret it. P.S. we also had a short experience with the finance manager, Mike. From our previous experiences, finance managers are usually tough guys that they love to scare you. I do not know how they accomplish this, they must be all trained in the same seminars by the same tutors. But I did not get that vibe from Mike. He was very fair and very relaxed.
