I was ready to buy a new Hyundai and read other reviews. It seemed as though the dealer was a good one. I should have read the "negative" reviews a little closer. Those people were right. The sales people I dealt with were rude and aggressive. They proposed a package that ended up being $1,000 more than what I actually paid in Coconut Creek for the same car. The dealer fees started to mount and charges were ridiculous. This would be the last place on earth to do business. I prefer to ride a bus than buying a car from this dealer. More

I really don't recommend this dealer, I went through one of the most embarrassing situations of my life, I spent 4 hours for nothing, I went with my wife to buy a 2022 tucson, I gave all the information to of the most embarrassing situations of my life, I spent 4 hours for nothing, I went with my wife to buy a 2022 tucson, I gave all the information to finance the car, and the answer I got was that I had been approved to do the financing, I put all my things in the new car, and after another hour the finance manager said that I could not be approved in the car, I never thought about going through a situation like this, I lost 5 hours of my time for nothing, the car would be for my wife and ward was practically already in the car, when the finance guy said he didn't have the approval, I'll never go back to that place, I'll call the custom service and talk to the customer of the brand is treated like garbage, I really don't recommend this dealer to anyone! More
