This is the 3rd Camry I've purchased from Vann York. The sakes people are friendly, helpful & professional. I especially like this new location & how it's set up. Car salesmen have a negative image. I've always dreaded the dance that goes along with new car purchase negotiations. Mr. Reid, in particular, has dispelled this image for me. I recommend him & Vann York to everyone I know.

Mr. Reid has sold me 2 new Camry's when I was at Toyota for service and maintenance. Both times my cars had 35K & 30K original miles in them. Mr. Reid could sell water to a drowning man & calories to a fat girl!

Each time I've been thoroughly satisfied with my purchase. He should be Sales Person of the year.

Thank you Mr. Reid and Vann York Toyota for taking the stress out if what was always my least favorite necessary life experience; buying a car.

I purchased a used Honda Ridgeline at this dealership. I have been very impressed with a person behind the scene. I am sure she does not get the recognition she deserves. This individual's picture is not on line with the other salesmen or consultants but she should be. This person has given true meaning to honesty and integrity. I believe this unseen hero is named Elain Strom. This individual obiviously does not work for credit or commisssion, she is thorough and proficient. Mr. York need more employees like her. Ms. Strom has restored my doubts in the York Dealerships that of which I am glad that people like Ms. Strom exist in public business. I realize that Vann York is a family owned business and that is the way Ms. Strom has made me feel,-(like family). Thank-You and God Bless you Ms. Strom, I was taught and told, good things will always happen to good people.

This is my second car I bought from Vann York Toyota. Just like the first experience this was just as rewarding. Great customer service!! Will definitely come back when my car needs servicing or the family needs a new vehicle. Mike Reid was great to work with, kept in touch and informed me of all my options. Can't say enough about the people and the dealership.

My only concern was a lack of options. After ruling out the Venza (Hated the spare tire) I wanted a Hybrid Highlander WITHOUT Navigation. Only 4 were in the SE and the closest one was FL.

We visited the dealership because we are interested in a Camry Hybrid. We were teamed up with Mike Reid. Mike is fantastic. We left the dealership fully understanding a hybrid car and the options available to us. Mike has stayed in touch. If we proceed, Mike will be the one we work with.
