We had a great experience. We showed up on a Sat 5 mins before they were due to close, we did not know this at the time.We spoke with Jamie Spencer who put us in touch with Mike Schmidt. Mike Schmidt took the time to show us around and let us test drive a car and never mentioned that they were closing for the day. We left without a car that day but returned the next day and took home a Ford Focus, the same one that Mike let us test drive. We could not have been happier with the level of professionalism each person showed us. The level of customer service was the best we have ever received from a car dealership.We tell everyone about how great the guys are at Beau Townsend. Oh, by the way, I love my car too! More

We went to the dealership to purchase a 2013 Ford Escape. However we ended up purchasing a 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Mike was very helpful However we ended up purchasing a 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Mike was very helpful by listening and answering all our questions. We never felt pressured or hurried to make a decision or a purchase. This is one reason we returned to the dealership to make our purchase. Mike took time to explain the systems of the vehicle after our purchase and offered to be of assistance if at any time we had any questions. He has followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going well with the vehicle and to see if we had any questions. Excellent customer service. More

We were mostly satisfied with our experience. We felt our trade could have been worth more but accepted the offer due to storage issues at home. We also were told that the rebate was the best they could our trade could have been worth more but accepted the offer due to storage issues at home. We also were told that the rebate was the best they could do as far as pricing. They did not come off of the sticker ANY. We have been customers with this dealership and Mike Schmidt for years and have even brought in other business for this dealership. We have a Ford dealership very close to us and chose to continue to drive to Vandellia to deal with Mike. I just feel that your repeat customers should feel like they are getting the best deal and we just don't feel that we did. We do like the vehicle we ended up with. More

We had been focused on a Ford Fusion. We had been to another Ford dealer previously and had been offended by the high pressure sell we got from the salesman. Mike Schmidt did an excellent job of ex another Ford dealer previously and had been offended by the high pressure sell we got from the salesman. Mike Schmidt did an excellent job of explaining product and options. He was very no pressure which we really appreciated. We had no intentions of purchasing a car when we walked in, but the opportunities he offered were too good to pass up. We will recommend him to others looking for new Ford cars. More
