We were greeted promptly by our salesman Chad Mason. We had already done our research and knew what we were looking to buy. He showed us every truck that met our criteria. He told us if we wanted to test drive one to just call him and he would walk the keys and tag out to us. No pressure what so ever. After the test drive we went inside to discuss the numbers. Again, no pressure. We ended up purchasing the truck that day. Our finance manager, Connor Spencer gave us the best rate and was very knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier with our new truck and it was a great experience! We highly recommend Beau Townsend Ford! More

My Lincoln mkx2013 the brakes squeak since I purchased still under warranty and complained every time I took it in for oil change no warning Oct 2023 brakes bottom out charged me over 1300. And had to rep still under warranty and complained every time I took it in for oil change no warning Oct 2023 brakes bottom out charged me over 1300. And had to replace caliper 4rotors and pads saying not covered my warranty expired dec 2023 today I take my car back because brakes bottom out again now they want 400. Just to look at it for the same issue I paid for them to fix I said no I can’t afford to pay you to look at it I already paid you to look at it once and fix it horrible service they don’t care about customer satisfaction or doing a job correctly the first time I’m very disappointed in the service department and will not return there to purchase my next vehicle More

Stay away! Vehicle was not ready - filthy dirty. Lied to me about financing rate - kept me waiting for hours while they struggled with paperwork- Corey Jones never gave me my Buyers Order told me I would get new tires then told me they had none ( I had to really stick to my guns to get them to send 800.00 for the tires) They used their carrier to ship although I paid. Arrived with low fluids and 21 more miles on vehicle. List goes on. Reported to Jamie Spencer and he had an attitude. Save yourself aggravation and stay away. I will be reporting to the BBB More
