Mike Tudor and Eric Shipley worked an outstanding deal and found me the right truck to pull my camper also the best trade in value in town thanks to Tom Reinard. You can tell the difference with a family run dealership compared to all the others in Orange Park or Jacksonville. No pressure, no haggle, get the vehicle you need or want. This is a great customer oriented Dealership I had a continuing issue with driver's side latch and door ajar light. I had it replaced under warranty by a different dealership (where I purchased I had a continuing issue with driver's side latch and door ajar light. I had it replaced under warranty by a different dealership (where I purchased the vehicle) years ago. The problem returned. I returned to that dealership and they cleaned the latch which worked for a short while. I contacted Mike Tudor whom I have dealt with in the past who put me in touch with Crystal Garrison. Crystal ordered the necessary parts for a wiper sensor (another issue) and a door latch. The door works perfectly, the wiper sensor is working perfectly. Crystal put my in a loaner car for two days. Everything works great. The driver's door is nice and tight and my vehicle was given to me vacuumed and washed! Bozard Ford Lincoln is top notch, does fantastic work and takes care of the customer. Even though this dealership is a little out of the way, they will get my business. More
