Totally inept staff I purchased a new Forester on 3/24. They had to locate a red one for me and install auto dimming mirrors. At that time, Brad told be that we wou I purchased a new Forester on 3/24. They had to locate a red one for me and install auto dimming mirrors. At that time, Brad told be that we would have to open our credit for them to review. (We had it locked). We were told we would be able to pick up the car on 3/29. We opened our credit for 48 hours on 3/27. I emailed our salesperson, Nick Sadi, and informed him of this and told him to advise the finance Dept. He told me that he did this. On 3/29 Mike Scott told me that the car was in but the mirrors had to be ordered since they didn't have them in inventory and that i would be able to pick up the car the following week. He also said that we would have to sign for the car by 3/31 to get the 0% financing. I told him that my contract did not specify a 3/31 end date for the 0% financing. He then said that he would get the mirrors overnighted. The mirrors came in and we made arrangements to pick up the car at 11am on 4/1. At 101m on 4/1 Mike Scott told me that they needed our credit opened. I told him that I had already done this on 3/27. He told me that they couldn't check it until the car came in and they had the VIN. No one told me this prior to me opening the credit on 3/27,. I told him that he was going to have to pay me the $10 cost of opening it again. We called Transunion but they were closed on Saturday. After much effort, my wife was able to open it online. We then picked up the car at 12:30 on 4/1. There does not seem to be any coordination between departments in this organization. It was very frustrating dealing with them. Every time they had a problem, they tried to make it my problem. At this point, I will not go back to them to purchase a vehicle. I'm worried about their service dept. I hope they perform better than their sales dept. I think Brad and Mike both screwed up and dumped their problems on me. Purchasing this vehicle was NOT a pleasant experience. More

Worst attempted car buying experience ever Started car buying experience online and handed off to a salesman that knew little to nothing about the car I was interested in. Put money down for a specific search only to receive emails about leasing and purchasing other models. Stopped in to get my down pmt. And went to another dealer who went above and beyond for my lst subaru purchase. I don't recommend Wilde subaru and salesman Dave Lehman under any circumstances. More

I had narrowed my cho I wanted to share my positive purchasing experience with Wilde Subaru..I own a VW TDI and was looking for a replacement vehicle. I had narrowed my choices to Honda, Mazda and Subaru. After weighing the pros and cons, the Outback seemed to offer the best car for my needs. I did a great deal of web searching before finding an Outback optioned out to my spec's in stock at Wilde. I sent an email inquiry to Mike Valko. I received a price quote back in about 15 minutes. The price was very good without having to do any haggling. I told Mike I wanted to test drive the Outback . An hour later I arrived at Wilde and met salesperson Stephanie Turney. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I also spoke with Rhonda Rendone from finance who did a nice job of explaining all my options and handled the closing of my purchase. Also, I would like to Thank Pete Erkkila for following up on my purchase and any concerns I might have had. I very much appreciate it Pete . Finally, I live in Appleton , Wisconsin and the 125 mile trip to Wilde was well worth it ! More

The Kyle Paul-Sales addressed each and every point. But finance wise not completely satisfied, since I would have to pay huge amount every for Subaru outback. The Chase has very stringent rules despite of very good history, 0% might not be nice option for immigrants when buying. I wish there could have been little more feasibility, but that's negative from the Subaru/Chase nothing with WILDE. The WILDE staff is excellent and my experience of buying was very good.
