Purchasing a new 2019 Ford F150 SXT We purchase all our vehicles from Kings Ford. The main reason is Mike Wheeler. Mike goes above and beyond to get the deal done that your happy with. We purchase all our vehicles from Kings Ford. The main reason is Mike Wheeler. Mike goes above and beyond to get the deal done that your happy with. Payments and prices for new vehicles can be are are very daunting, but Mike spells it out to you in understandable terms, but most importantly will crunch the numbers in various scenarios to see what you can afford. He is extremely personable & we are very happy to call him a friend. This is probably the 8th or 9th vehicle we have gotten from Kings with Mike's assistance. This 2019 Ford F-150 has been in our plans for a while and we are glad to have finally purchased it. We are a Kings Ford family for life, we will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. Ben Mumfrey, is the salesman we have worked with for many of our vehicles also. Ben is a pleasure to work with. No fancy fluff trying to up-sell or tell you a story to get a sale. I admire these gentleman for being attentive to our needs, upfront and honest, that's Kings Ford. More

Love Kings Ford!!!! Ben M and finance manager Randy were great! Ben went above and beyond what he had to to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted!! He also kept my anxiety level down with his calming nature (which I appreciate as well)! Randy explained everything very well answered all my questions and concerns. The biggest issue I had with buying this vehicle is in the past when I purchased vehicles I was at the lot for hours, however I literally wasn’t even in there 1 1/2 hours because they are that well prepared!!! Thank you guys so much for everything!!!! You will forever have my business!! More

Great buying experience I hadn't been seriously looking for a new car but had been considering it off and on for a while. I was contacted by a member of the sales team when I I hadn't been seriously looking for a new car but had been considering it off and on for a while. I was contacted by a member of the sales team when I had scheduled a service appointment for my previous vehicle. Caitlin and the rest of the sales group did a great job of working with me to get the right deal done, they listen to what I needed and made it happen. I really appreciated their low pressure approach, friendliness and respect for my situation. I would definitely recommend Kings Ford, their sales team and my saleswoman Caitlin. Thank you all!! More

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I purchased a 2006 Mazda5 in October 2017 for $4700 in cash. Two days after purchasing it; it wouldn't start. Long story short it took talking to 3 di I purchased a 2006 Mazda5 in October 2017 for $4700 in cash. Two days after purchasing it; it wouldn't start. Long story short it took talking to 3 different people before they agreed to tow it back down to Cincinnati (I live in Dayton). Once it was down there, it would miraculously start - and sat down there for a couple of days starting without any problem at all. I continue to ask for them to look into it. They finally did and decided it was the cables to the battery and replaced those - I'm no mechanic, but had the same thing done on my Honda by the AutoZone guy for the cost of the cables (less than $100); the service department charged the sales department $400+. So I got my car back and it had been working until a couple weeks later when I needed my heater. Turned it on only to discover the heat doesn't work unless you are accelerating, when sitting idle it goes cold as ice, (so fun having a new baby in the car). They replaced the thermostat prior to the sale of the vehicle, so it had to of had some issues... but it wasn't noted by me until I needed the heat. I called the sales guy back, Corey or Cody, I can't remember and asked about it and he said, "Oh, I've never heard of that before and I don't know..." And never a telephone call back. Then I had 2 flat tires and had to replace all of them $600+, and most recent issue the starter went out (what I felt was the problem two days after purchasing it.) that cost $500. So yes I will admit this was a bit of a hasty purchase so shame on me, however for nearly $5k of my hard earned money I would anticipate that a dealership such as Kings Ford would have done their due diligence in putting a working, reliable vehicle out on the road, I guess that's just too much to ask. So unless you like to make costly repairs on a vehicle you just purchased, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! More

I Always Recommend this Dealership I've dealt with Kings Ford for many years. Nothing to remotely resemble high-pressure sales. I was wondering around the parking for a good 15 mins before someone came out finally a gentleman TY came out to help me. He was rude very short with me, wasn't listening to what I was looking for at all!! I thought I found what I was looking for and he told me 2 DIFFERENT PRICES!!! Very shady operation that they are running there. I would advise to go some where else so YOUR NOT their next Victim!!! More
