I ordered an ID4 through Naples VW although I live in Lehigh Acres. I met Jay R who was very helpful throughout the 6 month process. Lease turn in Well I went out of my way to fix some "dents and scratches" from my lease inspection that totaled over $900.00. I had them fixed and paid for, turned in the receipt as stated and I am still being charged the $905.00 plus tax and turn in fee, as well as the money I paid to have the dents and scratches taken out, seems legit. I wont ever buy a VW again. More

Professional Dealership! I had a few months left on my Jetta's lease and stopped by Volkswagen of Naples to just look around. I was greeted by Karim Yousef, a very professional and patient sales consultant who began to assist me with a Volkswagen Beetle that caught my eye. Karim soon spoke with Chuck Whitley, the sales manager who was able to make me an excellent deal on a very clean, like new used Volkswagen Beetle. The car had a small ding on the top and the tire pressure light had activated during the test drive. Karim Yousef, Chuck Whitley, service manager Michael Williams and service advisor Jeff Houser met with me and immediately began to work together to make sure that the VW Beetle I was purchasing was 100% ready for delivery. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and Volkswagen of Naples has an incredible team as their staff works together to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.
