Even in the one situation where their initial work had to be revisited and expanded, because of the specific nature of the recall, Darrell and the whole service team were thoughtful and accommodating in their care for me, and in ensuring they went above and beyond to address the underlying factory design error. I had my bmw battery replaced and oil changed after a long trip. Andrew took a very good care of my car, tire was aired and car was cleaned. I did not use the loaner car this time.
