The salesperson Tyler was awesome ! He was very quick to respond to our questions and very thorough. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota ! Dishonest from the beginning. I explained the RAV was a rough ride after test driving it, but everything else was perfect about it. The salesperson (Kris Fox) told me it was the road I was driving on and s rough ride after test driving it, but everything else was perfect about it. The salesperson (Kris Fox) told me it was the road I was driving on and said, “It’s actually a smooth ride.” During financing, I was told I couldn’t get GAP insurance thru my car insurance company by a guy named Pete. After I signed the paperwork, I was told by my insurance agent that I could get it thru him. Thru my regular insurance, six months of GAP insurance was less than what Rudy Luther was charging me monthly. I ended up returning the RAV because it was so hard on my back. I was told by Wendy that the Highlander Hybrid was 0% financing like the RAV (which is why I went to Rudy Luther in the first place). Decided it was much smoother ride than the RAV, but was wary of the price increase. When I went to purchase it, I was informed the 0% financing wasn’t actually the same offer as the RAV. So, I begrudgingly bought the Highlander with interest. Then, the very next day, I received an email from Kristin Klein saying she gave me the wrong interest rate and that it was going to be higher. She then gave me multiple different “options”. None of which were the same as what I signed. When I pushed back, she had me wait on a response over the weekend. I was told by Kristin that I would hear back from her on Monday. No phone calls and no response to my email asking for an update. I live 40 miles away, but I just drive down there looking for answers. I was told “I just got an answer like an hour ago. We are going to eat the cost.” By that point, I was so angry at the terrible service and dishonesty that I just wanted to leave the Highlander there and bring my business elsewhere. Kristin said, “We’ll, we want you to be happy.” I said, “I’m not happy. I’m really angry at the terrible customer service and dishonesty.” A friend was with me who had purchased a new vehicle from a different Luther dealership and she had the option of returning it if not totally satisfied. Kristin informed us they don’t have a 100% Customer Satisfaction policy at their particular location and I was basically screwed. Buyers beware!!!!! More

Best place to buy a car! I had the pleasure of dealing with this dealership for a number of years, purchased my 3rd new Toyota from Rudy Luther Toyota yesterday and it was onc I had the pleasure of dealing with this dealership for a number of years, purchased my 3rd new Toyota from Rudy Luther Toyota yesterday and it was once again perfect. Rudy Luther always trys to go above and beyond for their customers. The process is always easy and the sales people are very knowledgeable. I worked with Miranda Guptill (manager) Mike Rosette (sales) and Katie Burgess (finance). Mike makes you feel at ease - he makes buying cars a fun enjoyable experience. He is efficient at figuring out your needs and finding the perfect vehicle for you. Kiland and John in service always make sure everything is perfect when your vehicle is serviced - their prices are competitive and the service is always completed on time and done right the first time. I have worked with Duane (service consultant) for 12 years. This is my second RAV4. The process went slick. Especially grateful to Miranda Guptil for tying up the loose ends. So accommodating. It couldn't have been easier. Will NOT have any service tech. touch my RAV.4...ever.....just R. Luther Toyota Golden Valley. I'm totally spoiled. Thank you to the entire staff! Kudos! More

The team at Luther Toyota are always friendly and do a great job of making sure my needs as a customer are taken care of. Nettie is always great to work with, she is very friendly and makes sure I get wha great job of making sure my needs as a customer are taken care of. Nettie is always great to work with, she is very friendly and makes sure I get what I want without pushing anything I do not need. She knows her vehicles well and took the time to walk through the things that I would normally have to read the manual to figure out thus saving me a step. Miranda is always very friendly and informative on the trade and financing process which makes it a snap. Chris did an excellent job explaining all of my financing options once approved and the different warranty and service contracts available. Overall the team made a situation that would normally be stressful in to a fun evening with a friendly environment full of people looking to help the best way they can. More
