As always we were decisive in taking our 1999 Toyota 4 Runner in for service. We would never think of trusting any other operation with our vehicles. For several months we were comtemplating purchasing a new 4 Runner. The quality and dependability of our 1999 model made it easy for us to decide on buying another one. So, we requested a test drive of a 2013 4 Runner Limited. Dave was our Sales Advisor who took his time to explain all of the major highlights of the vehicle as well as answer any of our specific questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He seamlessly introduced us to Antonio Cruz who then very thoroughly explained all of our finance options. Antonio was patient and comprehensive as he worked with our payment needs. He successfully found us the perfect formula of down payment, interest rate and terms of the loan that made the purchase comfortably fit into our budget. Antonio then introduced us to John Vanscoy who professionally presented our paperwork. He made the process simple and understandable for us. His cheerful attitude was much appreciated as we worked through the various documents. John also went as far as to personally install our new floor mats after thoroughly explaining the many technical capabilities of this amazing new vehicle. At this point, Mo Salah and Emil Pellino came out to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our new 4 Runner. Antonio joined them and they all congratulated us on the "newest member of our family". I must admit that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The personal touches made the difference. It also helped that we felt great value in the price of this world class vehicle. We know that we will always return to Toyota of Orlando for service and any future vehicle purchases. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone! From the very first salesman, Greg, we had a great experience. We were comparison shopping after having looked at Chevy and Dodge trucks, we saw a 2013 Toyota Tundra advertised online and drove 30 mil experience. We were comparison shopping after having looked at Chevy and Dodge trucks, we saw a 2013 Toyota Tundra advertised online and drove 30 miles to see what Toyota of Orlando had to offer. We looked at the truck that was advertised, plus every other used truck on your lot as well as a lot of new trucks. Greg didn't pressure us but patiently showed us back and forth through the trucks before finally test driving the vehicle we saw online. When we went inside, Greg introduced us to Paul Vera and Paul took over. He was skillful at getting more of a firm commitment out of us as we had not intended on purchasing that day. Between him and Mo Salah, they were able to get us into the truck we wanted at a price everyone was comfortable with. It was late and after closing and we never felt rushed by anyone on the staff. We were joking and talking with several different staff members that weren't even involved in our deal. Our finance guy, Michael Sumner, was personable and friendly and guided us through paperwork efficiently and even set us up with our service appointment for some vehicle options we had added to our truck. We would definitely recommend Toyota of Orlando to our friends and family as well as returning ourselves! More

Heard many good things about the Prius V from other owners. Saw one on line...went to this dealership. Said I wanted a sales manager, they brought one right out. We spoke for about 10 minutes...they owners. Saw one on line...went to this dealership. Said I wanted a sales manager, they brought one right out. We spoke for about 10 minutes...they looked at my trade in and gave me a bottom line, for going out the door. Taxes included in the quote. I took one night to think about it. Came back the next day and bought the car. Marcos and Jerry (Tao) were also great. The three men I dealt with were awesome. I got to the dealership early and it wasn't opened yet. Just as I was going to leave, Paul came in (early) and told me he would help me. Had he not shown up at th dealership early and it wasn't opened yet. Just as I was going to leave, Paul came in (early) and told me he would help me. Had he not shown up at that time, I might not have gone back! He was very helpful and informative. Dave explained everything to me in detail and Mat was very helpful in explaining the financing.
