Scheduled service plus recall items Monica (our service advisor) did her ALWAYS OUTSTANDING job of taking care of our maintenance tasks. When we arrived for service, she told us of thre Monica (our service advisor) did her ALWAYS OUTSTANDING job of taking care of our maintenance tasks. When we arrived for service, she told us of three new recall items just released. She told us all of the combined items would take most of the day — so she quickly arranged a loaner. Service completed flawlessly and picked the car up the next day. No muss — no fuss. Thanks again to the Gunn Honda service team!! More

I am so disappointed! I took my 2020 Honda CRV to the Gunn Honda service department because my radio is getting interference and makes a loud buzzing sound when I drive by a cell or antenna tower. They drove my car and another 2020 CRV and duplicated the radio interference. They said that the service department could not fix the interference coming from my radio because the radio interference is just an "attribute" of the 2020 Honda CRV. I told the service department that this "attribute" is a defect, and that it should be fixed because it is under warranty. They were rude and dismissive and said there was nothing they could do and that I would need to call the Honda Corporate line and file a consumer report. So I did call the Honda Corporate line on 7/16/20 and told them about the problem with my car radio. Honda Corporate told me that the Gunn Honda service department was supposed to call the Honda Internal Technical Resources to find out how to fix the radio interference, but they are refusing to call. I’m still trying to get this problem fixed by going up the chain of command. More

Yes, all they deserve a five star rating especially in the mist of these trouble times.As one of regular customers who have chosen to pick GUNN as their dealership for over 17 years, I have once again, even under unfortunate circumstances found myself to be very satisfied with my purchase outcome. Gabriel Barajas was my sales consultant. This was my first interaction with him and I found it to be always professional, pleasantly friendly sincere, patient and always in sync with the GUNN HONDA simple price no hassle client approach. This has always been my expectation I have looked forward to and depend on during each contact or sales experience any Gunn team member. Philip Kotrola was my financial person who was also thorough with my financial segment of the purchase as well as personable just as he was almost 10 years ago with my previous Honda purchased at Gunn. I'm happy to say again I was not either dissatisfied nor apprehensive about this part but only pleasantly surprised which made thus whole process that much more easier and even enjoyable. Damon Honore was the anchor that held this multi team concept approach to my purchase experience together and seamless. Even during the days that this whole ordeal took fir my wife and I to decide between two vehicles in two different classes, each of these gentlemen were patient, informative encouraging and supportive in handling any extensive questions or concerns. This may be a long-winded review but it is deserved!!! After being in a potentially serious to fatal accident with our previous Accord only a week before, this has been a blessing and given us a sense of closure over the whole ordeal. Now we have a new Gunn delivered 2020 HONDA CR-V to enjoy for years to come and bring to my one and only favorite service center manager Monica & Jessica.
