I have to say it was well worth the trip from Brooklyn to Woodside to Paragon Acura. From the moment I walked into the showroom I was so impressed. The staff made you feel so comfortable. I was introduced to Peter Pazmino whom was the such an honest person I explained to him my situation and within one hour the deal was made. I leased a 2010 Acura TSX. He arranged it to be ready for the following day, everything was done when I came to pick it up I once again was so impressed. Ialso had the pleasure of meeting his manager Murat Deljanin a great guy. What a team they are!!. This is my first Acura purchase but I can assure you there will be many more I told all my friends about Paragon so when their leases are up they will be going there. I have to thank you for all you have done and for also following up to see how I like the car, (very professional). Your dealership deserves 5+++++++ stars Joanne More

After going to many dealerships someone recommended Paragon Acura. From the moment I walked in the whole staff greeted me making me feel so comfortable. They then introduced me to Peter Pazmino, whom was the most honest, informative salesperson I ever met. I was so impressed with him. We made a deal in just about an hour. He then brought me to meet his manager Murat Deljanin also nice as can be. They both made this transaction so easy and fast. I must say the whole staff even the receptionists were such lovely people and it was such a pleasure to deal with all of them. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. More

No running around and double talking. They were very upfront about everthing, from price to availability to financing. They work as a team to meet all your car buying needs. The sales person (Camilo) was very nice and friendly, with a no-pressure attitude. The sales manager (Murat) actually spoke to customers if needed, rather than being some "Wizard of Oz" type of manager hiding behind a curtain. The finance manager (Jean) was very honest about pricing and options and did not try to pressure add-ons that were not needed. Overall, I couldn't see my self buying a vehicle from anywhere else, after this buying experince. This is my 5th car that I have purchased and i just wish I had come across this dealership sooner. More

I am very Happy with Paragon Acura. I had a very pleasant buying experience. They were able to get the car I wanted and gave me very fair price. I did my research. I have to admit that I am not the easiest customer to please. I wanted the 2010 TL SH-AWD TECH HP 19'WHLS, WHITE, and that was it. No exceptions and they knew it. The salesmanager, Murat, said he would get the car for me. They went over a 100 miles into Connecticut to get the car for me. Knowing that my salesperson, Camillo, was also driving a TL, I knew I made the right decission. He really made me excited about the ease and convenience of all the technology features. The day I picked up my car, It was clean, had a full tank of gas and Camillo had put change in it for Good Luck. That was so nice. Camillo went over everything, including setting up my phone. The finance manager, Jean, explianed all the paperwork for my loan. Everyone at the dealership was very professional, friendly, and worked well together. The TL is really top in its class. It's truly a Beautiful, Sophisticated vehicle with a Sporty edge. I absolutely love it! Paragon Acura made it possible. More
