Eddie is completely incompetent and rude. He does not know how to speak to people, or uphold the Subaru brand. He speaks to costumers as though he does not value their business, or concerns. I was concerned for my safety driving my brand new car bought from thus dealership less than 2 months ago. Eddie smirked at me, laughing and let me know my concerns were not his problem. As I continued to express my concerns Eddie walked away from me, leaving me scared, and mad. For a company who puts such an emphasis on safety, I would think they would hire employees who uphold those same values. I would absolutely not recommend to work with him, or use this dealership in general with the way he treated me. More
