First & Foremost this dealer vehicles are priced at MSRP, no markups or hidden mandatory service contracts!!! My salesman Nate Roberge will be my Hyundai Salesman for life! I contacted this dealership after no markups or hidden mandatory service contracts!!! My salesman Nate Roberge will be my Hyundai Salesman for life! I contacted this dealership after reaching out to my local Hyundai dealer/salesman I’ve purchased 3 cars from and as a loyal customer would not sell me a 4th vehicle w/o a markup, SMH!!!! Nate was easy going, didn’t give me the bull crap salesman talk and kept me informed throughout the whole process. When I came to pick up the car the paperwork was completed in less than 30mins thanks to Nate and his Sales Manager Kevin Yi. I’ve purchased many vehicles and this has been by far my best experience!! Do yourself a favor and visit Hyundai of Annapolis and save some money and receive excellent customer service by working with Nate! My local dealer is 10 minutes from my house but I took the 45min drive and saved thousands, beyond worth it!!! More

Worked with Nate in sales. He was excellent. I ordered my Tucson Hybrid back in December after a horrific experience at another dealership. Though it didn’t have the extras I o He was excellent. I ordered my Tucson Hybrid back in December after a horrific experience at another dealership. Though it didn’t have the extras I ordered I was of course not charged for them. Apparently they are shipping cars out as fast as possible and weren’t putting add-on’s in factory. So my tow package shall be put on later. Nate did warn me that the sales manager would try to encourage extended warranties and that I didn’t have to say yes. Which was refreshing. Sales manager did try to encourage me to get a few extended warranties. But took my fifth no as a final answer. They didn’t offer me much for my trade-in so I ended up leaving with two cars. Which isn’t the end of the world my car sells for twice what they offered, So I’ll trade it in independently. All in all the added dealer fees weren’t unreasonable. And once I realized I wasn’t trading in my car I knew I had to suck up the new tag fee. But it was refreshing to go to a place that wasn’t trying to mark up over MSRP. The previous dealership thought it was OK to add an extra $6000 on top of the price. More

I had an AWESOME experience at Annapolis Hyundai!!!! I spoke to Nate Roberge on the phone to ask questions about the Santa Fe and he answered all of my questions. Everyone there treated me like family and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase before I walked out the door. More

Been looking to upgrade my car to a small SUV .. after stopping by several dealerships I decided that Annapolis Hyundai was it.. Not only was I impressed by the 2022 Tucson SEL but the sales rep (Nate ) w stopping by several dealerships I decided that Annapolis Hyundai was it.. Not only was I impressed by the 2022 Tucson SEL but the sales rep (Nate ) was not only very informative but pleasant as well.. I did not feel like I was being pushed into making a decision.. and although my trade in was valued at less than offered at another dealership ( which was the only downside ) .. the features that were included with the Tucson as well as the outstanding costumer service sealed the deal! I am happy with my new purchase.. loving my new ride .. Thank you Nate and Hyundai Annapolis! More
