Justin and Nick were genuinely and authentically helpful. I visited a few other dealerships in the same area, and felt like vultures were swooping down on me. Wanted to jot a quick review which I rarely do unless I've had a bad experience. But the dealership was very friendly, met my needs and was gracious to do so. Most of all, in these times, I Have to sa I've had a bad experience. But the dealership was very friendly, met my needs and was gracious to do so. Most of all, in these times, I Have to say they are a DEALERship and NOT a STEALERship. they are among the few that believe in doing business the same in good times and in bad - meaning no inflated market adjustment fee that most dealerships are charging just becuase they can rip customers off in the times we are in. Congrats to LHM Genesis for staying true to the customer rather than gouging us as most have done. My business will never support those who have opted to take that approach. Thanks to Dakota for many questions answered and time, and Vonn for delivery knowledge and closing the deal. And also to Nick for the backend processing. All were very curtious, well mannered, never pushy in the least, in fact just the opposite. I will be referring anyone that inquires for certian! Keep up the good work! Really enjoying my Genesis GV80. More

Well, I didn't know what to expect since I ordered a Genesis GV80 without seeing the vehicle. I went out to the dealership and was blown away with the professional of the salesman Nick. He was very help Genesis GV80 without seeing the vehicle. I went out to the dealership and was blown away with the professional of the salesman Nick. He was very helpful in showing the different gadgets on the vehicle along with the test drive. It will take me a couple of weeks to familiarize me with the all the technology but it can't be as bad as the gadgets in the cockpit of a USAF tanker. The salesman Jeff was also easy to work with and explained all the financial details. I am looking forward to driving this luxury SUV for many years. More
