My Review of Heritage Toyota Scion:
I recently purchased my second Prius from Heritage. The first was 6 years old and has always been routinely serviced at this dealership. The service department is very efficient at taking the car in, going over with me what is needed for that particular service on the schedule, and making recommendations that can save me money if a service item is not necessary. The only repair I ever needed on the car in 128,000 miles was a right front wheel bearing. The first brake job was done at 129,000 miles. Both jobs were expertly completed. I did not give customer service a 5 only because I must sometimes wait for my car rather than be able to drop it off for the day (I live an hour away). It is many times more than a week before a "wait" slot is available for service. On the plus side, the dealership has a shuttle service available. For the two repairs, I was able to get an appointment immediately.
Anyone I've ever talked to at the dealership has been very friendly, helpful, and efficient with whatever problem or questions I might have.
Mason Maltais was the salesperson for the purchase of my second Prius. Mason was extremely helpful with choosing which model fit my needs best without trying to sell me things I didn't need. He did a complete job explaining the new features and how they worked before starting the test drive. He was very patient when I tried them all out during the test drive. Both Mason and Nick Zagres (the financing person) helped with any questions as I filled out the paperwork for my purchase. My husband was not with me at the time and Nick carefully marked every place his initials or signature was needed. Mason stopped by our house the next day to bring the paperwork back to the dealership so we didn't have to make a second trip to town. He also made a couple follow-up calls to be sure we had no extra questions, were able to set the bluetooth hands-free system up, and had been contacted by the service department to set up an appointment for the environmental package application.
I know Toyota sets wholesale prices on their cars so the dealership has only so much leeway on retail prices. The only reason I did not give them a 5 is the e-price I was quoted on their website. This was about $1000 less than what I was quoted at the dealership. I learned this price is available when everything about the purchase is done online. This wasn't particularly clear to me and I'm not sure I would have done it that way anyway.
On the whole, I would recommend Heritage in general and Mason in particular for anyone in the area looking for a smooth car buying experience and friendly and expert service after the purchase

We went for a test drive and ended up buying a vehicle. Thanks to the very informative sales person (Steven Bourgion), we were able to make a very good and quick decision on our new purhcase. Never felt pushed into anything and in the end the process was amazingly fast and easy. Thanks to the entire team there!

Went in to discuss a new lease since our old lease on the Rav4 was expiring. Met with Steven who presented a wonderful overview of all the programs and options available. After careful review we opted for a lease on a new Prius with a very competive program -- thanks Steven for everything, Mary. Also -- not to forget Nick who as per the last lease made the final paperwork processing clear, easy and fast.

My Review of Heritage Toyota Scion:
This dealership is much improved over two years ago. At that time, we felt badgered into an immediate sale, when we were not done shopping. There was none of that this time. The reason we downgraded the service from Great to Good was because we did not receive a user's manual, but have called and been promised that one will be mailed to us.

This was by far one of the best car shopping experiences I have ever had. I felt respected, well taken care of, and very comfortable. I have been in dealerships before where I have either felt ignored(like the sales person had already decided I was not going to spend enough) or I felt overwhelmed. The balance at Toyota was great. Mason had just the right level. He was also able to do his job, while using humor to make me feel at ease. Great Job Mason! The one thing that really impressed me is that no one at the dealer felt that in order to "SELL" a Toyota, that they had to "UNSELL" other brands. The biggest turn of for me is when a dealer does that. Everything was about how good Toyota was and they let the product sell itself. I would definately send people there to buy cars.

I made arrangements to purchase the vehicle while in Florida. Upon my return to Vermont, the car was exactly as I expected, the deal "sharper" than discuss and Griffin even picked me up at the airport. I was in and out of the dealership quickly, as requested, the only delay was Nick saving me some additional money with financial terms, we can all live with that! Best car buying experience of my 56 year life!

There was a great selection of cars on the lot at the time which made easy to pick out a great one. The people were super friendly and made the whole process so easy and quick! The complimentary coffee was really nice and the area was clean and welcoming. Overall our time spent at the dealership was pleasant and easy.
