Nicole and team are not just there to sell you a car...but they want to make certain it’s the RIGHT car, at the RIGHT price. I sent my sister to Braman - West Palm Beach, after she was really bamboozled at another dealership. Nicole and Jon, listened...and quickly presented options. The professionalism and personal attention permeated throughout the process, and through every department. I was so impressed, that I went back the next day - and purchased a car for myself. I knew I was coming up to the end on my lease and had spoken several times to Nicole. I had received numerous calls and letters offering me another 540. However, the price point was not what I wanted at this time. I absolutely loved my 540 but it was time to downsize but still remain loyal to BMW and Braman. Nicole understood my needs in terms of vehicle model and price point. This is the third vehicle I have purchased/leased through Nicole and she is sensitive to my needs and my anxiety over purchasing/leasing a car. She was patient with my never ending questions and concerns. In the end, she did an amazing job finding me the model I wanted and at the price point I wanted. She is an overwhelming asset to your organization. She is courteous and professional and I appreciate her dearly for finding me my new beautiful X3. This is the fourth time I have purchased a car with Nicole Stem. Nicole is always honest, diligent and makes the process as easy and pleasant as possible. I was concerned about going to pick up a new car during the pandemic, but Nicole made sure that everything was ready and in order and Tyler Hamilton had all my paperwork ready to be signed. Everyone was very careful with safety, wearing masks and staying distanced. While I have always had a great experience with Nicole Stem, this particular time was even better than before. I highly recommend Braman BMW and Nicole Stem! More
