After driving the car a few miles, pulled into a parking lot where my coolant was pouring out the bottom. Haven’t had this issue ever. A bit of a coincidence. Called and left a message, but no return call. Returned the next biz day and was told I need to return for a diagnostic. Odd isn’t it?

Service advisors are always excellent! Any issues or concerns get resolved really well. One time a new employee left my engine cover off. Head of service was on it and got it solved quick. Another time I was in for an all-dayer, lots of thing to get done. Service advisors (Eliza and Sage) were really super about making sure it was all done timely, but not rushed. Have worked with Noah many times, enough to be on a first name basis. I am really happy with them all, advisors and mechanics.
