Ray Marko (sales), Noah Posthumus (sales), Jamie Sykes (finance) & Jim Crosswell (General Manager) were the most friendliest, kindest, and helpful ass Ray Marko (sales), Noah Posthumus (sales), Jamie Sykes (finance) & Jim Crosswell (General Manager) were the most friendliest, kindest, and helpful associates I have ever met dealing with dealerships. They all made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. Ray & Noah were more concerned that I was making the right choice for what I wanted and was looking for than just trying to sell a car. Negotiations were simple with ease. Jim Crosswell made sure to do whatever was necessary to be at the price I wanted and made sure I was happy with it. I felt no pressure to buy a car if I had any doubts. Jamie made the finance and paper extremely calm and knowledgable. Jamie made sure to explain every number and document I was signing. Jamie explained the extended warranties and gave numerous examples as to why it would be a smart purchase for a few extra dollars a month. My new car was spotless when I was finished with the paper work. Ray and Noah went over every feature in the car. They explained and helped me set up my blootooth phone and explained the 1 year trial of Sirius XM radio. After everything was done Ray and Noah stood with me next to my new Jeep Cherokee for a picture to remember my amazing experience buying my new car. Hard working people When I bought my truck, it came with some unforseen serious issues that needed immediate attention.
