One of the service/sales people was a little rude though - I took a bunch of tea bags for myself and he stopped me from taking them. Really? I just paid almost $500 for the service and you guys can't spare tea bags? You have already done away with your snacks (almost every time I have come into the dealership there are no snacks). Let your customers take what we want. I am sure you guys make enough from the customers to replenish stuff. We are PAYING for these services. It is not as though we are coming into the dealership and taking the snacks and lounging around the dealership without paying for service first. Usually, people come in or leave their car at the dealership for a reason. More

Last year they told us that if we want the car detailed, we need to reserve in advance We called in advance, and they told us that we need to leave the car there the whole day. We only needed servicing and inspection otherwise, maybe a 2-hour wait. We dropped the car off at 9:45, maybe 15-20 minutes late. They drove us to the mall, Woodbury Commons, where we spent the day. At 3:30 they called and told us that the did not have time to detail the car. They did pick us up graciously. After I brought the car home, I realized that they did not turn of the Service A0 needed light. More
