I visited DCH Millburn Audi a year and a half ago had a HORRIBLE sales experience! I was extremely hesitant to go there for servicing but was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding service I was given f HORRIBLE sales experience! I was extremely hesitant to go there for servicing but was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding service I was given for an oil change and a recall fix. Orlando was kind and courteous. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and cordial. The wait time was not long at all - in and out in 60 minutes with a car wash! I will definitely be going back for service in the future. More

Service is always spot on and make everything a breeze from scheduling appointments, getting in and out with low impact wait time. Service keeps you updated every step. My service rep Orlando and all of the DCH Audi Millburn team are full on customer care all the time. I highly recommend this dealership as do many others, which explains their upcoming expansion.
