Orlando worked very hard to help me get into my BMW X3. From the get go, he was polite, professional, not pushy, answered all of my questions, and made purchasing my car an excellent experience! I also worked with Carlos Salinas, who walked me through all of the financial aspects. The documents were all ready for me to sign. I wasn’t in the dealership for more than one hour to complete the entire document process. Bobby also gave great advice on the technology components of the vehicle and what to expect. He also let me know that if I had further questions to reach out to him and set an appointment for a more in-depth explanation of the internal technical components. Kudos to these three gentlemen for allowing me to FINALLY enjoy purchasing a car! More
