We told Otis what we wanted and we purchased the first vehicles he showed us. Otis was a pleasure to work with when I purchased my new F150 Platinum truck. I called the night prior to visiting and asked if this specific truck was still available as shown on their web site and he ind F150 Platinum truck. When coming to Brandon I knew i was trying to find Otis to help me find the car I wanted. My friend refered me to him and I would refer him to anybody in the future looking to buy a car. I went there not to buy one but to look at what they had because I just wanted to see if I found anything better than the car i found before but also still in my price range. Otis was able to help me find a 2013 Ford Mustang in my price range, while also getting me all the discounts and deals i could possibly get. I told him before that I wasn't much of looking to buy right away and he still put me first trying to make sure I was completely satasfied. He has great customer service skills and will do anything to make his customers happy. I still go back to him even after I bought my car. In need of any repairs or any help with the car he is still there to help me out and assist me in any way needed. He is a great employee and if you ever go there ask for him because he will put you in the right car for your need whether it be style, income, or anything he will put you in the right car. More

Otis was very helpful with my search for a car. I shopped Honda and Toyota and found that Ford was a better buy. Very pleased with my new car, especially the Bluetooth and the GAS MILEAGE!
