I was not getting the type of service I was hoping for when traveling around my area. I started Googling other Acura dealerships around my area and found Joe Rizza in Orland. I was blown away by their knowledge, attentiveness, and understanding of my concerns being a first time buyer. They did not have my car in stock, but found it in 24 hours. I was able to pick it up within a few days and I was driving away in my brand new Acura. Great experience :) More

My overall experience was good. After some back and forth we were able to come to a price I was comfortable with. Omar Hammad was very accommodating and up front with the pricing on the extended warra forth we were able to come to a price I was comfortable with. Omar Hammad was very accommodating and up front with the pricing on the extended warranty and Wheel warranty which I ended up purchasing. I appreciate his honestly and overall service. I was referred here by a friend who purchased a used Acura a few years back and I would recommend Joe Rizza Acura to anyone looking for a new or used Acura. More

First of all, you had the car we were interested in on your lot. Jon and Pat were friendly, knowledgeable, personable and professional. They wanted a sale as much as we wanted the car. Yet at no time d your lot. Jon and Pat were friendly, knowledgeable, personable and professional. They wanted a sale as much as we wanted the car. Yet at no time did we feel pressured. We appreciate that quality in sales persons. We were very satified with the agreed upon price. The car was ready for us the following day before the promised time. Jon gave us a crash course on all the new technology, and then we were on our way. Driving from Minneapolis to purchase this vehicle was well worth the trip. More
