I visited the dealership hesitantly. I typically am not a fan of salesman and expected to be bombarded. Em put no pressure on me and guided me around the dealership, staying in my proposed budget. I returned two days later and Em worked with me and the dealership to secure a fair deal. We will be returning shortly to replace another vehicle. Im grateful for such a smooth experience. More

I was a Wallingford Toyota guy for my last two vehicle purchases but now I am a Hartford Toyota guy. Omar was outstanding! He addressed every concern we had, demonstrated the vehicle's features and was purchases but now I am a Hartford Toyota guy. Omar was outstanding! He addressed every concern we had, demonstrated the vehicle's features and was great to work with. This was a great car buying experience. Andie was great in the finance department. He explained everything about the financing and made me feel very comfortable in my decision. Gae was great as well when we were doing the dance during the negotiations. Pat assisted with the delivery of my vehicle and addressed my concerns. More
