I went for a trade and purchase a new CAMRY couple weeks ago, it was the most regrettable decision that I’ve ever made in my life by going to that Toyota dealership. After I purchased the car , asking for my second car keys Ben Root misplaced the key then him, Richard and his manager have the audacity to accused me of taking my own car keys. They pretended that they were looking for the key so others can think that they are good people, while they are a bunch of two faces salesmen. who ever that want to go there have your video camera open to record them before they go and accuse you. More

After researching around, I purchased a 2024 Hybrid Camry XLE from Hartford Toyota, and was very happy with the professionalism, attention and efficiency of how this dealership operated. My salesman, Ben Roo XLE from Hartford Toyota, and was very happy with the professionalism, attention and efficiency of how this dealership operated. My salesman, Ben Root was great! He was on top of his game with finding out just what I wanted and knowing what was available to test drive. Believe me, this was not the case with a few other dealerships I went to. He was not pushy, just incredibly helpful and competent. I loved him! He explained every detail of the car in my test drive, and I did buy the car. His Sales Manager, Mr McAllister was great as well. They gave me what I wanted for my trade in. Very pleasant to negotiate with. They have a really good system there. Highly recommend! More
