Disrespectful, rude and unhelpful, with just one exception -- our primary sales contact. As a result we went to Heiser. Roger was amazing. Respectful, courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Heiser made a much more generous offer for our trade, offered a better price for the car we wanted, and made the whole process enjoyable. We felt very comfortable and confident buying from Heiser, and we definitely will be back. More

Heiser Toyota provided BEST buying experience! Craig Stryzewski provided the BEST buying experience for us in all our years of purchasing vehicles! This was our first TOYOTA purchase and our secon Craig Stryzewski provided the BEST buying experience for us in all our years of purchasing vehicles! This was our first TOYOTA purchase and our second HEISER purchase, but by far Craig stood out! He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing and very fair about our trade vehicle. He presented himself in a very professional manner and represented Heiser Toyota with great pride. General Manager Pat Pomeranz personally introduced himself to us and thanked us for our business, which does not always happen at dealerships. Also, Business Manager, Nick Martinez, was great to work with during the financial transaction. He was very interactive with us and made the "boring" part of buying a car a fun experience! We will most definitely return to Heiser Toyota for our next vehicle purchase! Thank you to all! More

Unsatisfied customer 9 years ago I bought a car from Heiser and had a horrible experience. The sales person told me that the car was in a very minor accident and there was 9 years ago I bought a car from Heiser and had a horrible experience. The sales person told me that the car was in a very minor accident and there was no damage to the body. A few years later when I was ready to trade in the car in, the dealership that I was trying to sell the car to told me that there was major damage to the frame which made my car worth even less than if there were no damage to it. I could not believe how Heiser who was such a large dealership could lie to me. I told myself I would never return there. A few years later when we were ready to buy another car we decided to go to Wilde Toyota instead. The service was great. The deal was quick and smooth. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were in and out in less than two hours. Recently, we went back to Heiser because someone we knew highly recommended it and told us that their customer service changed due to management. We also looked at the reviews which were very good. We decided to give them a try again. We had the misfortune of working with Andrew (Andy) Mamayek. He sold us a Certified 2013 Toyota Venza. It was a bad start to begin with. We should have left but I was too in love with the car. It took almost three hours just to get us into the finance department to sign the paper work, we were there for almost 6 hours total. Then when we took the car home, within two hours the car died. We called Andy who said we can call him any time with any questions. He promised us that first thing Monday morning someone will come and pick up the car to get it fixaed. On Monday morning, I heard nothing back from Andy or Heiser. I called Andy who did not pick up his phone but texted me that he had no reception on his phone to take my call but will get a hold of someone at Heiser. I waited and waited and still no call from anyone. I decided to call a manager at Heiser and spoke with Pat who knew nothing about my issue. He then had the service manager Joe who then told me that they would send out someone to tow my car. It took a few hours for someone to come by, which I felt should have came sooner because I had to work and the my only transportation was dead. The tow truck company damaged my garage trying to get the car out. Now that’s another issue I have to deal with as well. In the end, I finally got the car fixed. I wish they could have understood the frustration and inconvenience I had to go through. They did nothing to compensate me for the time I had to lose from work trying to deal with this issue. My husband had to miss work for a few hours just so the tow truck can come pick up the car because it was parked in the garage and they wouldn’t have any access to the car if he went to work also. I shouldn’t have to spend the extra money for a Certified car and have it die on me after 2 hours after purchasing the vehicle. When I am ready to buy another car in a few years, I am going to avoid this place like a plague. I will be definitely going back to Wilde Toyota instead of Heiser. I was really hoping to have a better experience this time around but I guessed wrong about them once again. More

I am very happy with my experience at Heiser. I have recently purchased my third camary, second from Heiser. They work hard to listen to what the customer wants and then do their very best to make you h recently purchased my third camary, second from Heiser. They work hard to listen to what the customer wants and then do their very best to make you happy. I could not be more pleased with the effort put forth by Brian Drewek. Due to his hard work I am now driving the car I wanted with all the options I wanted. He spent time making sure I understood all the new features of my car and made sure my bluetooth and phone were working before he let me leave the dealarship. This meant he had to stay late, I felt IMPORTANT and for that reason I would not hesitate to recommend Heiser. Sandra Cupps More

Heiser received this rating because they are very friendly, very accommodating and generally nice staff and I was impressed.
