Roger joined the Heiser Family in January 1997 and has risen to become the seasoned veteran of our team. Since the beginning, Roger has consistently received high marks from satisfied sales customers. Perhaps his success is drawn from his strong values. They quoted me a price for a new key and the programming of the key but when I arrived the key and the programming were both 15% more than the quote. They told me it would take 45 minutes, which I thought of the key but when I arrived the key and the programming were both 15% more than the quote. They told me it would take 45 minutes, which I thought was crazy to get a new key but accepted it. However, I was there for an hour and 50 minutes. In my opinion, that is completely unacceptable. The person behind the desk was very friendly and nice, but this is the second time I felt ripped off financially by them. When I bought the car from Heiser Toyota, the finance guy gave me prices for oil changes and tire, rotations, and other services but when I went back and asked the service department, the prices were different. I feel like the finance guy sold me swamp land in Florida and left me with a horrible taste in my mouth for buying my first ever brand new car. I would not recommend Heiser Toyota to anyone. More

I purchased the car (Corolla Cross LE) with Roger Droukas. He was easy to work with and was trying to make our experience as pleasant as possible. The most confusing part of the vehicle delivery was Droukas. He was easy to work with and was trying to make our experience as pleasant as possible. The most confusing part of the vehicle delivery was setting up its infotainment and control system. Roger went the extra mile to address our concerns and he spent more than an hour with us walking through the setup, adjusting, and demonstrating how this system works. He was patient and resourceful. We will certainly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle at Heiser Toyota. More
