Patrick Jones at Wesley Chapel Honda

My recent car buying experience at Wesley Chapel Honda was nothing but steller. Great experience, Patrick Jones and Paul (new kid on the block) made the experience pleasant. They were very helpful and most professional. They came through with flying colors and I would not be hesitant to come back again. They were able to answer all my questions and it was really stress free!! Great job Wesley Chapel Honda!!

I worked with Patrick Jones to purchase my new Civic and the experience was the best I've ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. We worked out the majority of the details over email so when I arrived at the dealership the only thing I had to do was test drive the car to make sure it met my expectations.

Patrick is pleasant to work with and he went the extra mile to locate a very specific car for me. Within 24 hours he had it delievered to the dealership and I took it home that day. Overall great experience!

All I did was mention what type of vehicle i was looking for in a conversation and Patrick Jones went above and beyond to not only find it but make the entire purchasing experience pleasant. I called the dealership looking for a specific car. Patrick was extremely helpful, listened to my needs. He found exactly what I asked for and made sure the pricing was extremely close to what I wanted to pay. He made the process of purchasing a car as painless as possible. I called and spoke with Patrick Jones about a new car purchase. He put me in contact with Sean. Sean was friendly, kind and receptive. I did not feel pressured into a car I did not want. My last loan was 14%. They took it upon themselves as a personal challenge to get the percentage down; their goal was accomplished with 8 percent. I left the lot with a loan, intact, and my wonderful new car. I will go back to them when I am ready to trade this one in for another new car!

We shopped at and called several dealers in the area before making our decision to buy from Wesley Chapel Honda. This was the first dealership that actually listened to what we wanted to buy instead of trying to sell us what they wanted to sell. Our salesperson, Patrick Jones, was great to deal with. The overall process was "no pressure" and therefore no stress (unlike everywhere else.) They also offer a lifetime power train warranty on their new vehicles. When I need a new car in the future, I'm headed back there!

My experience was better than I expected. The guys at Wesley Chapel really worked hard to find what I was looking for and then even harder to put me in the driver seat. They were friendly and down to earth and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
