Alex Bernabe provided me with exceptional guidance and support throughout the entire process, completely pressure-free! He explained each step thoroughly and gave me expected wait times between each step support throughout the entire process, completely pressure-free! From the calls he received while helping me, it was easy to tell his services go far beyond driving off the lot and moreso, how deserving he is of all the accolades on his desk. When I visited other dealers, I always felt like my head was spinning as they were trying to pull “a fast one” on me and I would leave feeling absolutely defeated. My experience here was the total opposite. I felt comfortable and confident in the decisions I made. From deciding on a vehicle to completing the finance paperwork (Paul Park was very personable and informative too!), they far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be back for my next one! More

Osvandy worked with me in getting the deal I requested for my car. He kept going back and forth between his boss and I until my price point for the vehicle was hit. As good as he was, in the finance department, Paul Park was outstanding. I would give 6 stars if I could. He was a down to Earth guy who wanted us to get the best rate for our new vehicle. He was respectable and accommodating throughout the entire process. We talked on a personal level and he didn't make you feel like another sale, but an actual person who mattered. It made the world of difference in purchasing my new vehicle and I left as happy with the conversation I had as I was with a brand new vehicle. I hope everyone requests these two individuals as they made my entire experience worthwhile. More
