Best buying/leasing experience ever I have bought or leased many vehicles in my lifetime and I have to say without a doubt this was my best experience. My sales person, Kay Frick was pa I have bought or leased many vehicles in my lifetime and I have to say without a doubt this was my best experience. My sales person, Kay Frick was patient, very knowledgeable about the product and took her time explaining all the features of the vehicle before and after purchase . Everybody else I dealt with at the dealership was also very nice. This is my first Subaru after many Toyotas and I expect it to be at least as good as Toyota. More

Customer experience - F, Quality of service - Incomplete I brought my 2010 Forester in to Wilde Subaru for a check-engine-light-on approximately one month ago. During that time, the car has been into the ser I brought my 2010 Forester in to Wilde Subaru for a check-engine-light-on approximately one month ago. During that time, the car has been into the service department three times, my wallet is two thousand dollars lighter and I still don't have it back. Explanations for the original cause of the problem have been numerous and ever-changing. Interest in the quality of my customer experience from general manager Peter Erkkila, to service dept manager Kevin Schmidt, down to advisor Ryan Hinkle has ranged from mild indifference, to repeated self-serving excuse-making, to hostile accusation. The last straw for me was today when the repair for my car was to have been completed (for the third time), I learned that another job had taken priority and that I'd have to wait yet again to get it back. I couldn't be more disappointed in the level of service I've received from this business. Absolutely amazing. At this point, I cannot be surprised if I will eventually have to dispute payment and file a formal complaint. More

Great experience I reached out to Wilde Subaru via their website and 'Wilde ePrice' contact option on a certain car shown on the website. Mike Valko, the Internet Sale I reached out to Wilde Subaru via their website and 'Wilde ePrice' contact option on a certain car shown on the website. Mike Valko, the Internet Sales Manager quickly responded with a very competitive price. I shopped around other dealerships for an 'internet price', but Wilde could not be beaten. Mike was great at responding to my emails and questions and got me in the door to check out a car they had in stock since the car I inquired about was yet to be delivered. Once I got to Wilde there was a bit of confusion as to who I was actually supposed to meet to check out the car. I got passed around to 2 very confused sales associates before finally meeting Corey Knoelke. Corey was very familiar with the car I enquired about (WRX) and was able to get me in a car for a test drive within minutes. I very much liked the car but I was unsure if the car they had coming in, was the color and had the options I wanted. I emailed back and forth with Corey over the next week while I did more research before finally deciding on a color, trim, and options package I wanted to purchase. Corey was able to locate a car very similar to what I had wanted from another dealership they trade with and was able to secure the car for me. Corey also provides his cell phone number to call him directly or to text. I really enjoyed being able to fire off quick texts which he would quickly respond to, even on his days off - this was excellent. The car came in, so I went to the dealer to purchase it. The deal went smoothly and Corey and Pete Erkkila were able to get me a great price on the car right in line with what the Internet Price was quoted at. I had financing lined up with my Credit Union prior to going into the dealer, Terrance Caldwell in the business department thought he could get me a better APR - and he did. Terrance was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. During the paperwork process, I was introduced to Omar Elahi after declining any additional add-ons and protection plans. Omar was very aggressive to try to earn an add-on sale. I was slightly interested in an extended warranty and he pushed very hard to get my sale. I would not take 'no' for an answer and we were able to agree upon a price I was happy with to add the extended warranty onto the sale of the car. The financing and singing process went very quickly, from the time I got to the dealer and completed with the sale was just under 2 hours. However the car was just delivered late the previous business day and still needed to be cleaned up and inspected for delivery to me, this took an additional 2 hours which was expected. Overall very happy to be a Wilde Customer, no complaints. More
