I was given the name of a salesman whom I texted to start the process. Sal was off the only day I could get there so he gave me Tomas’s name. Tomas took us to a few of the dealerships along the ‘strip’ affiliated with Pine Belt. It greatly helped with my final decision. In summary, I ended purchasing a fairly new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Tomas, Sal and the whole team did an outstanding job of showing me cars that fit within what I was looking for and in my budget. I would highly recommend Pine Belt Chevrolet. Ask for Sal or Tomas. EXCELLENT - Financed 2018 Equinox I started by looking at a few other makes and models. Then I came to Pine Belt Chevy and my salesperson, Ryan Santos showed me a few of their availabl I started by looking at a few other makes and models. Then I came to Pine Belt Chevy and my salesperson, Ryan Santos showed me a few of their available models. He was extremely helpful and had excellent product knowledge, even excellent comparative knowledge to other makes and models. When it came down to finishing up the financing and final details, one of the sales managers, Pete Bottorff helped greatly to get the numbers to end up where I needed them. Even the finance department was very helpful, as Brian Brown worked in GAP coverage and made the signing process smooth and easy. Finally, the insurance department helped to switch my policy over to the new car and the service department detailed it for me beautifully. I was so impressed with the product, service and pricing that I have already scheduled an appointment to bring my girlfriend to meet Ryan Santos and test drive a pre-owned Jeep Wrangler that she has had her eye on. Excellent experience. More

Ryan Santos is the man!!! My husband and I went looking for a bigger SUV now that our family has expanded. We didn’t need to upgrade but thought if the price was right a Chevy My husband and I went looking for a bigger SUV now that our family has expanded. We didn’t need to upgrade but thought if the price was right a Chevy traverse or Honda Pilot would be nice as we’re not ready to succumb to the minivan yet. Ryan came out in the rain and the mist and greated is warmly. He was personable, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable from the start. We never felt pressured or smothered as some sales people can make you feel. We ended up loving the traverse after test driving it and figured we could talk numbers but we’re not walking out of here with a new car unless Pinebelt cheverolet gave us a deal we couldn’t pass up. Well now we have a new 2018 traverse. Ryan was such a pleasure to work with along with Pete from finance that I told Ryan we’ll call him when we’re ready for our next car. Thanks again to everyone at pinebelt Chevy for making this such a great experience! More
