I found this dealer thru Acura.com submitted a quote request online and I received an email confirmation and price quote within 1 hour. Then the following day I got a call from the internet sales department and she transferred me to talk with the sales rep Camilo Barrientos which he stays at 48th street most of the time. By the way, Paragon Acura has two show room locations, one at 5602 Northern Blvd. and the other one is at 4802 Northern Blvd., these guys are at 4802 are very friendly (treating like a brother) and they work as a team, unlike most of the sales at a dealership else where fighting each other. They’re helping each other from selecting a car, filing paper work and transferring the plates. Believe or not, I purchased this MDX without a test-drive because I drove the older model 2 years ago for about a week from a friend of mine. Another person I would like to mention, Linda Alling, she explained every details and how to operate the MDX. Well educated, great job. Way to go, keep up your team, Murat. This being my first time purchasing a new vehicle I had tons of questions, Peter was very patient and explained everything throughly I never felt rushed into signing anything. Linda Alling was very helpfully setting up all my driver settings and demonstrating all the tech. I was overwhelmed by the amount of features this car has. Overall my experiences with Paragon Acura was perfect. If your looking for an Acura, I would definitely recommend others to come here first. I walked in around noon and left with a new MDX same day. After going to Rallye where I was being treated like a complete idiot and given an absurd figure, I lost complete interest in the Acura vehicle I originally wanted. After doing research on other vehicles, I came back to looking into the Acura and decided to go to another dealer and give it a chance. Luckily, I chose Paragon (even though the drive can feel like you're going to a far away place due to traffic) and worked with Peter. Peter was phenomenal!!! He showed nothing but courtesy, respect, and friendliness as he was truly competitive and transparent with his number. Within a day, I made the purchase as he showed nothing but exceptional customer service. He was never afraid to say he didn't know and never once put any pressure on me to make a deal as soon as possible. Before going to Paragon, call and make sure you are working with Peter! You will not regret it at all! Best part of all is that I was driving out with my vehicle after signing the deal which only a day before was in Brooklyn! Amazingly prompt. More

I bought 2008 MDX from paragon acura 2 weeks ago. It was second visit paragon because sales person who I met first time was really bad. So I visited again to look for someone who better. It was really hard making a decision on a car I wanted but I finally made up my mind to purchase a Acura MDX. I started searching on line and found Acura-Paragon to have the best prices. Many places I called either didnt want to speak to you unless you came in and or you showed up and the cars listed were not available. When I contacted Paragon my husband spoke to Peter Pazmino he found him honest and took the time to talk to him. We decided to take a trip to New York and didnt buy the car on-line but found another one that we loved. I just found Peter to be pleasant and it was easy to feel comfortable and honest with him. I really felt that he was being as honest as posible and really was willing to show us all the cars that fit our budget. He didnt make you feel pressured to buy anything which was really nice. Peter was very professional and we really appreciated the time he took to help us find the right car for us. I also wanted to say that Wendy (forgot her last name) she was the individual that went over the car features once we bought it. I really felt that she was so pleasant and her personality was so uplifting. She was very helpful and really took the time to go over everything with us. The dealership was about to close and she stayed with us to make sure we understood everything. Overall experience was great! I really dreaded looking for a car but my experience at Paragon changed my perception of buying a car. I love my car and would definatly look at Paragon if I need to purchase another vehicle. While purchasing an RDX at Paragon, I spent time with three different people. My initial contact was with Peter Pazmino. I told him the car I wanted and gave him my budget. Within hours, he came back to me with several options and was willing to work with me. He is a very good salesperson, extremely responsive and was a pleasure to deal with. My primary contact while at the dealership was Frank Lopez. I've purchased a number of cars in the past 20+ years and I've never worked with a more complete professional. Frank is honest, hard working, responsive and an overall great guy who understands the importance of top-notch customer service. If you go to Paragon, I strongly recommend insisting that the Peter/Frank combination be your sales team to ensure all goes smoothly. My last contact was with Wendy Deshais. Wendy's job was to ensure I was comfortable with the vehicle. She has a complete understanding of the techonology packages and does an outstanding job sharing her knowledge. Her terrific personality made an already great experience even better. My overall experience was absolutely fantastic and well worth the trip to Queens. More
