Worked with Salesperson & Managers for two days to find an Corolla available for preorder, only to discover that Sheehy has decided, given current demand, it will only sell vehicles if customers purchase a an Corolla available for preorder, only to discover that Sheehy has decided, given current demand, it will only sell vehicles if customers purchase and extra approx $2,300 in Koons provided extras & Hidden scam markups. Neither of which is needed for a brand new Toyota. Do not buy from them. I do not recommend koons at all or will ever do business with. More

PETER SOLIMAN'S KING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! I always go back to KOONS TOYOTA ARLINGTON VA because of Peter SOLIMAN' s excellent service. I have been going there for so many years now only becaus I always go back to KOONS TOYOTA ARLINGTON VA because of Peter SOLIMAN' s excellent service. I have been going there for so many years now only because of him.'He is always helpful, available and efficient always with a big smile! Just recently I experienced the perfect example of Professional and Best customer experience when I called him to help me fix my car's battery. I had to go to NY during the new year's weekend and I needed my car to be fixed by Monday January 2nd of 2017. He ensured me that my car will be ready on Monday as I asked and he was going to take care of everything by sending me someone on Monday Morning. And indeed as always an agent came on time and my car was running again with a new battery. That is what i call FIRST CLASS SERVICE! Thank you PETER! More

Horrific. Run, don't walk away from this horrendous place This was the worst experience I've ever had related to cars in the DC area. We arrived 20 min prior to our appointment and told we would be on our wa This was the worst experience I've ever had related to cars in the DC area. We arrived 20 min prior to our appointment and told we would be on our way within 90 minutes. We were then ignored for over an hour as our car sat untouched. When we asked about service an hour later were told us to wait. When it became clear they hadn't even started and we were over an hour into this experience and needed to go, they couldn't find our key. Eventually they told us our keys had been sent to another location while our car remained at another. They provided NO explanation, NO apology, NO alternatives. I am out of a day of work, had to cancel another appointment because when I asked to leave after waiting for over an hour they couldn't even find my key -- took 30 minutes to locate my key - indicative of the overall sloppy, disorganized service. I asked to speak with a manager and they said no one was available. No help, no apology, nothing but attitude. I see previous positive reviews but they must have lost their manager or something because this place is HORRIBLE. Save your sanity and STAY AWAY from this place. More
