Phillip was great too! Very personable and it was so easy talking to him and then to Louis. They explained everything very clearly and worked it all out for me. Seamless process, smooth and easy. Mazda of Roswell is a very customer centric group, with all employees working to ensure we (the customer) gets the best experience. They are willing to work with us on options, financing, upfront with loya all employees working to ensure we (the customer) gets the best experience. They are willing to work with us on options, financing, upfront with loyalty discounts and trade-ins. We had a small mix-up with the order, but all the team members of the dealership went above and beyond to correct it quickly and make us 'more than whole'. We feel like an extended family at this dealership, something I have never felt in any dealership before. They are also very digitally savvy and leverage digital tools extensively (comms, contract, signing etc). I would seriously recommend this dealership for your family needs. More
