We recently purchased a used trailblazer and had a great experience. Emily wasn't even working the night we met her, but she took the time to stay late to show us some cars. The staff at the dealership was friendly and very accomodating. Rarely is purchasing a car a pleasant experience but Naperville Chevrolet was an atypical experience and one which we are happy to recommend! More

Walking into a car dealership can be a very nerve wrecking experience as many sales associates are too pushy and attack you like a shark. Most associates are so interested in making a sale, they for wrecking experience as many sales associates are too pushy and attack you like a shark. Most associates are so interested in making a sale, they forget to listen to the potential buyer’s actual needs and desires. This was not the case at Naperville Chevrolet. Emily not only made the experience pleasant and comfortable, but listened to what my friend needed and was able to put her son Mark into a good reliable vehicle he liked and could afford. Her professionalism throughout the process was awesome and the support she had from Premo with the finances and the explanation of the paperwork was commendable. We were also very very pleased with the vehicle preparation by Shawn, and his group, which made it possible to drive the car home the same day. THANK YOU Emily, Premo, Shawn and Naperville Chevrolet for a terrific experience. I plan on returning to make a purchase of my own in a year for myself. More

Awful! First the sales man told us our payments would be one price then when we signed the papers it ended up being much more. They never told us the actual price we would be paying for the vehicle. They pr one price then when we signed the papers it ended up being much more. They never told us the actual price we would be paying for the vehicle. They promised to call us to set up on-star and they didn't. On top of that they messed up on our loan paperwork and i didn't find out until I called the bank weeks later to see where my payment book was. When i called the bank i found out my loan was never put through! When i called the dealership to find out what was going on they didn't answer my calls so left many messages! They sent me new paperwork in the mail that they wanted me to sign without even talking to me! Worst car buying experience EVER! More
